Once they have upgraded the ability points in that column go back to 300 where they have to be built up again.

Fit
Possibly the most important part of the roster, as it determines a players performance in the match and susceptibility to injury
after each match a player loses a certain number of fitness points depending on how much work he did during the match
if a player is not selected they gain points over the value they had before ie they are being rested
100 means they are 100% fit, however if thier fitness gets below 75 its when thier performance starts to drop, its better to play a fit low skill player than a really tired high skill player.
If they are coming back from injury thier fitness also take a hit too.
